What services does Clearzone provide?
Clearzone provides payment processing services, merchant of record services, dispute resolution, and compliance support for online businesses. We do not provide the actual products or services you purchase - those are provided by our merchant partners.
Is Clearzone safe and legitimate?

Payment and Billing
I don't recognize this charge. What should I do?
If you don't recognize a Clearzone charge, please check if you or someone with access to your payment method made a purchase from any of these types of websites:

You MUST contact the merchant directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Failure to do so may result in your dispute being rejected. Only contact Clearzone if the merchant does not respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-7 business days).

- Check your email for customer service contacts
- Look for live chat or support tickets on their platform
- Allow 5-7 business days for a response
Step 2: If the merchant doesn't respond, contact Clearzone
- Use our dispute form
- Provide evidence of your attempts to contact the merchant
- Include all relevant transaction details
Step 3: Only initiate a chargeback as a last resort
- After both merchant and Clearzone have been contacted
- If no satisfactory resolution is reached
- Contact your bank or card issuer
Why can't I just do a chargeback immediately?
Chargebacks should be a last resort because they:

- May result in account restrictions with the merchant
- Can be disputed by the merchant, leading to further delays
